Vouen Saem
Mrs. Vouen Saem is the wife of a landmine survivor who lives with limited mobility and use a wheelchair. Mrs. Vouen Saem and her husband stepped up with strength and determination to create a better life for her family. With support from the project, our provincial focal point worked closely with her family to assess a suitable business idea that matched their abilities, knowledge, and the needs of their community.
