At PAFID, we have been exploring the concept of ‘total information’ looking at how to reach as many people as possible at multiple levels with constant but often adapted messaging. Last week we had the opportunity to work on disability inclusion in Rattanakiri Province in Cambodia. We were lucky enough to work at provincial level as well as district level , community level and individual. Supporting OPDs to exchange key info with communities in local indigenous languages. Bridging communication gaps remains such a challenge but such crucial work and the more we can create genuine communication feedback loops the better. We need ‘total information’ that is inclusive and accessible and leaves no one behind
